Aaron Fusselman grew up in Akron, Ohio, the son of a single mother who taught him discipline, integrity, and the value of working hard to overcome any challenge that came his way. Early mentors, including coaches and Scout leaders, helped shape his character and ambition. He divided his time between earning honor roll recognition and performing in plays and musicals, developing both academic drive and creative expression before graduating from Barberton High School in 2000. To fund his education, Aaron worked full-time at Sherwin-Williams while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts from Milligan University, which he completed in 2004. He later earned an MBA from Johnson University, graduating at the top of his class. His early career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he became one of the company’s youngest branch managers. Soon after, he was recruited into a leadership role at Sprint, where he learned to build high-performing sales teams driven by outcomes rather than excuses. In 2011, Aaron transitioned into SaaS by joining ConstructConnect, where he quickly thrived. Over the course of eight years, he built the highest-performing U.S. sales team, repeatedly exceeding quota with annual attainment ranging from 144% to 260%, and earned President’s Club recognition multiple times. His success led to expanded responsibilities across revenue growth, customer success, and testing new markets. Aaron discovered in SaaS the perfect arena for his strengths, blending rigorous process discipline with customer-centered strategy. By 2019, Aaron entered GovTech, launching Kofile’s Florida operations and then becoming the founding enterprise account executive at GovOS. There, he consistently led in net new sales, expanded markets, and grew revenue from zero to ten million within three years, fueling a successful private equity sale. In 2022, he joined Lukka to lead its public sector practice, building an international team, securing federal and global contracts, and scaling revenue rapidly, again proving his ability to align enterprise rigor with complex procurement landscapes. At SimpliGov, Aaron became Regional Sales Director, driving the go-to-market strategy across most of the U.S. He helped the company achieve three consecutive years of 50%+ growth, culminating in a growth-equity transaction in 2025. Currently, as National Sales Director at Polimorphic, he has expanded the sales organization beyond its founders, tripled revenue, scaled the team, launched an SDR program, and guided the company through a successful Series A led by a top venture firm while securing a spot on the GovAI 50. Aaron Fusselman is known for building teams that thrive on clarity, accountability, and shared success.
