Ana Cecilia Peralta Ferriz

I am an oceanography researcher at the University of Washington in Seattle, USA. My research focuses on the physics of the Arctic Ocean. I've been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to conduct research in Tromsø, Norway for 9 months (August 2017 - May 2018), and will be accompanied by my husband and our 21-month old son. My husband and I play basketball and ultimate frisbee, enjoy biking and cross country skiing. I love salsa and tango dancing, and play Son Jarocho music. My favorite types of books are historical and crime novels.
