Adam Hersh

Adam S. Hersh is a Ph.D. candidate, Department of Economics, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and has worked at the Asian Development Bank, Office of Regional Economic Integration and has been a visiting scholar at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a fellow at the Center for Economic and Policy Research, Washington, DC.
