I am a writer. As a child and through much of my teen years, I wrote poetry and short stories. Then Life came by, telling me I couldn't be a successful writer, so I became an English teacher. Don't get me wrong, I love teaching (I still teach as a tutor), but I want to explore that which inspired me long before teaching...writing. Now stories haunt me. I find there are more stories rattling through my head than I have time to write. I first created this blog to let them escape, now I want to do so much more with my writing and understanding of the written word. I want to hone my own craft while helping others with theirs.
