Ekta Arora is the owner, founder, and editor of Physioinsights.com. She is a Sports Physiotherapist who graduated with a master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy. She is a New York licensed Physical Therapist. She has vast experience in the clinical and educational setup. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Diabetes and Metabolism and the Indian Journal of Medical Research. She is passionate about health and creating awareness about the role of physiotherapy in promoting health. She enjoys blogging and working with her patients.
