Hi All! Just a note about me: I'm a novice blogger who loves to cook and bake. I am currently taking on the adventure of baking every single receipe in Peter Reinhart's "Bread Baker's Apprentice" from start to finish with the rest of the Bread Baker's Apprentice Challenge Group. I am also excited to join the online cooking group called French Friday's with Dorie. The online community of bakers plan to cook from Dorie Greenspan's new book "Around My French Table" (AMFT). I was very excited to get my book and even more excited to get the chance to bake along with so many other talented cooks around the world.
