At 21 years old, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. After having my thyroid removed and cancer treatment, I was overweight and tired. I knew I had to do something to improve my health and take control of my life. Ever since then, I have been on a quest to find better health through fitness and nutrition. About a year ago, I stumbled upon beachbody and have been a believer ever since! Cancer free for 7 years and on my way to my best body ever!
