I am a successful personal development coach that helps individuals through phase of life events. My ideal clients are individuals that typically play the supportive role in the lives of others, but are now seeking to build sustainable self-care practices. This individual could be a caregiver, a helper, or someone who takes on the responsibilities of others. As the Founder of Future Focused Coaching, my mission is to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging coaching experience for those seeking to build a life of purpose and power. Clients have often called me the “Compassionate Coach” because I have a unique ability to authentically connect with clients and help them to re-discover their inner power. As a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, I use the most effective evidenced based positive psychology tools and interventions to help clients gain a deeper insight into what's working well in their lives and build a solid foundation for future solutions and opportunities. As a former psychotherapist, I have valuable lived experience with challenges that comes with always taking care of others and not making myself a priority. I understand what it's like to have a big generous heart that only works for the service of others, and struggle to make self a priority. This was the motivating factor for me to begin my healing self-care journey and later become a personal development coach. Now, because of my courage to reach out for a life filled with self-love and purpose, I am wanting to share my lived experiences, training, and encouraging results with others.
