Everyday, I see the faces of the children, men and women my charity is empowering in Nepal. Everyday, I know that helping others is my purpose. Namaste! My name is Jody Dontje and I am a passionate and dedicated Teacher, Humanitarian and Charity Founder. My ultimate passion in life is helping others; I am the Founder of a non-for-profit charity called “The Help Nepal Appeal”. I pride myself on my enthusiasm towards all that I do, my hard-work ethic and my positive attitude. I founded “The Help Nepal Appeal” charity in 2015, after the devastating earthquakes ripped through Nepal. I continuously seek to help men, women and children in need by empowering them to become more equipped in life, more confident and with more opportunity; I am dedicated to living a life for others.
