Additionally, Keegan works as a Pricing Analyst at Synergy Flavors, a global supplier of flavorings, extracts, and essences owned by the Carbery Group. His diverse professional experience spans both the events and flavor industries, showcasing his adaptability and drive. Stone Manor on 79th, housed in the historic Strang Line Car Barn built in 1908, is a truly unique venue that was fully renovated in 2024. The space blends historical charm with modern elegance, featuring natural stone walls, a wood-planked barrel-roof ceiling, and crystal chandeliers. Since stepping into the role of Business Manager earlier this year, Keegan has worked to create unforgettable experiences for couples and event organizers. He is responsible for overseeing the venue’s finances, accounting, and managing key business and customer relationships. Keegan's passion for providing an exceptional event space is evident in his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence. In March 2024, he represented the venue at the WedKC Spring/Winter trade show in Kansas City, helping to expand the venue's visibility in the competitive wedding industry. Keegan began his career at Synergy Flavors in 2021 as a Business Development GDP Associate, right after graduating from college. In this role, he collaborated with cross-functional teams in the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial divisions to build and maintain strong business relationships. His focus was on driving strategic growth, targeting high-potential business prospects, and contributing to the company’s three-year plans to increase revenue and profitability. His contributions helped Synergy Flavors navigate competitive markets while expanding its global reach. Through his work at Stone Manor on 79th and Synergy Flavors, Keegan Glade has already proven himself to be a highly skilled and ambitious professional. He combines expertise in event management and business development. His experience in both family business and corporate environments sets him on a path to even greater success in the future.
