Neil Lovis

Neil Lovis is Managing Director of Loanworx Group and an experienced mortgage and finance broker specialising in complex residential and commercial lending. With more than four decades of experience across banking, credit and finance, Neil has worked in Australia and the UK in senior roles spanning commercial banking, relationship management, credit underwriting, asset finance and business development. Before leading Loanworx Group, his career included positions with ANZ, Banco Santander, BNY Mellon, HBOS, Lloyds TSB and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Neil brings this extensive banking background to mortgage and finance broking, with particular expertise in self-employed lending, adverse credit scenarios and SMSF commercial loans. He enjoys solving financial puzzles and finding practical lending solutions for clients whose circumstances may not fit neatly within standard lending criteria. As Managing Director of Loanworx Group, Neil works across residential and commercial finance, including home and investment loans, commercial property finance, vehicle finance and equipment finance. He has also shared his industry experience as a commercial and residential finance mentor, helping new brokers enter the profession and experienced residential brokers broaden their knowledge of commercial lending. Known for his inquisitive, organised and solution-focused approach, Neil believes good finance broking starts with understanding the full picture rather than simply looking for the most obvious loan.
