Rick is a results driven, highly effective Project Manager, with extensive domestic & international Manufacturing Operations & Design Engineering support experience throughout Boeing Commercial Airplane enterprise including short term assignments in Japan, France, Australia, Italy, and most recently, England. . He has a proven ability to lead teams through intense & ambiguous situations. "I engage people." A passionate practitioner of project management, Rick is fascinated by team building and the biases and nuances of communication. An internationally experienced Project Manger, with nearly 40 years of focused aircraft manufacturing operations support; Projects have ranged from re-engineering and simplifying complex supply chains and business systems, to complete audits of business quality systems, to build and certification of new engines. Rick holds a PMP, a Certificate in Project Management from University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Project Management Specialty from City University. Home is in Seattle, where he teams with engineers and designers developing and proving methods to bring cutting edge concepts into production.
