Welcome all to my Blog. My name is Rene M Gonzalez and I am the president of Just Add Muscle Inc and Justaddmuscle.com. Ever since I was old enough to tie my own shoes I have been fascinated by nature and the natural process of things. As I grew older and my interests and curiosities took different forms and shapes. I started to be more and more intrigued by Nutrition and the ability to change our shape and looks through diet and exercising. I was your typical chubby kid in school until I picked up that first Weider Weight set with the sand weights and opened the first copy of Flex Magazine. Like most kids my age I looked up to the current action hero tv and movie stars. I wanted to look just like those guys,lean and mean. I just didnt know how to get there.
