Randall Fields is an investment advisor and principal of Opcion Management LLC, a registered investment advisor specializing in financial index option trade management for select individuals and families. He held positions with Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Investments before establishing his own registered investment advisory service in 2005. Prior to entering financial services, Randall practiced law in San Antonio, Texas for over twenty years, concentrating in investment banking, securities regulation, business organizations and transactions, charitable organizations and estate planning. He holds the following degrees from Baylor University: Bachelor of Business Administration (management), Master of Business Administration (finance) and Juris Doctor Cum Laude. He holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College of Financial Planning, and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Randall has served numerous educational, charitable and religious organizations. He is a director of Disability Services of the Southwest, and was the founding president of San Antonio's Northside Education Foundation. Randall was a member of the Baylor University Board of Regents from 1990 through 1999, serving as Chairman from 1995 through 1997. He has served as a Trustee of San Antonio’s Northside Independent School District (“NISD”), since 1999, and was President of NISD’s Board of Trustees from 2005 through 2007. NISD is the fourth largest school district in Texas, and the 30th largest in the United States, with over 100,000 students. Randall and his wife, Nancy, have been active members of Trinity Baptist Church, San Antonio for over 30 years. They have three children: Rebecca received Doctor of Philosophy from Exeter College, University of Oxford, is a post-doctoral research associate at Sydney University, and lives in Sydney, Australi with her husband, James McNamara, an attorney and writer; Travis received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A & M University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Trinity University, and teaches world history in Houston, Texas, where he lives with his wife, Morgan; and Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A & M University, did post graduate work at The American University in Cairo, and lives in Houston, where she works for Revolution Foods. Randall and Nancy are members of Masters of South Texas, a U.S. Masters Swimming club. Nancy is a teacher at Jackson Middle School, Northeast I.S.D. Randall has been a Boy Scout leader, an instrument rated private pilot, and is a member of American MENSA.
