Steven Sarafian is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at CellCore Biosciences, where he is dedicated to utilizing technology to optimize operations and support the company's growth. Before this, he worked at SlimFast, where he was instrumental in growing the company’s e-commerce division, increasing its revenue from $2 million to over $40 million. He is skilled at aligning technological solutions with business objectives, driving success through strategic innovation. Raised in Melrose, Massachusetts, Steve Sarafian attended Southern New Hampshire University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduating, he began his professional journey at Health & Nutrition Systems, where he gained experience in various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT. This diverse background allowed him to understand technology's critical role in enhancing business processes and efficiency, laying the foundation for future leadership roles. In 2014, Steven joined SlimFast during a transition period for the company, which was shifting toward a digital-first business model. He led the development of an e-commerce platform that allowed SlimFast to sell directly to consumers. This initiative created ShopSlimFast, an omnichannel platform that helped the company reach more customers. Additionally, Sarafian led the development of the SlimFast Together app, which quickly became a success, with over a million downloads in its first year. Under his leadership, SlimFast’s digital revenue grew from $2 million to $40 million between 2016 and 2021. In 2022, Steven moved to CellCore Biosciences as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he has focused on enhancing the company’s technological infrastructure, ensuring its digital platforms are user-friendly and provide personalized customer experiences. His leadership is centered around collaboration and innovation. He encourages teams to share ideas and work together toward common goals.
