Born and raised in the dense jungles of Memphis, TN, I started out as a child wrestling savage beasts for scraps of food. My knife and a vicious but surprisingly talkative bobcat were my only friends. Somehow I survived long enough to write books on more mundane subjects like long-lost military units trying to rebuild America and lawyers being chased by dinosaurs.
