Terri lives and works in the same community her family has called home for more than 200 years. Newton County, Ga., is also home to 4-H clubs (this southern home of 4-H had the first corn clubs in both white and black schools in 1904!), many films and television shows ("Hollywood South"), and even the Kudzu Club of America. Terri is the 4-H county extension agent for UGA Cooperative Extension in Newton County, working with 1200+ youth from first grade to twelfth grade in community service, leadership, public speaking, and projects from the arts to science. She enjoys writing (find her weekly column at www.covnews.com), camping, scrapbooking, and can rarely be found without her camera and her Nook (eReader).
