Trevor M. Saliba leads as the Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Group, a global private equity firm based in Beverly Hills, California, established in 2010 as a family office's investment arm. Originating in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors dating back to the 1890s, the firm has evolved into a significant player in private equity, venture capital, and structured financing. He and his team have managed investments across various sectors, including business and financial services, real estate, and technology, with transaction experiences exceeding $150 billion, including more than $10 billion in real estate transactions alone. Under his leadership, NMS Capital Group has gained recognition as one of the top private equity firms in Los Angeles, known for its rapid growth and innovative investment strategies. He also serves as Managing Director, President, and COO at NFG SA, a Geneva-domiciled investment holding company focused on insurance and reinsurance, energy and infrastructure, and real estate. In 2018, he expanded his professional scope by founding NMS Consulting, where he serves as Chairman. This global management consulting and strategic advisory firm, a spinoff from the internal consulting division of NMS Capital Group, now operates with over 350 professionals across 17 offices worldwide, specializing in management consulting, corporate advisory, and strategic communications. From 2012 to 2018, he was the Chairman and CEO of NMS Capital Advisors, an international investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and asset management advisory services. Under his stewardship, the firm achieved a cumulative sales growth of over 5,100%, handling more than $5 billion in transactions, and was consistently ranked among Los Angeles's top 10 investment banks. Before founding NMS Capital Group, he was Managing Director-Asia Pacific for Platinum Capital, Ltd., a London-based hedge fund, and a principal advisor to a Los Angeles-based family office, overseeing investments in construction, engineering, media, technology, and financial services. His career began at Morgan Stanley in 1995, where he excelled in investment banking, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and structured financings. Throughout his career, M. Saliba has been recognized for his accomplishments, appearing on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Most Influential Investment Bankers List and being named a Visionary by LA Times Banking and Finance Magazine multiple times. He holds several FINRA securities licenses and is an alumnus of Columbia Business School. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and finance from La Salle University and completed an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Trevor M. Saliba is a former President of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, a Milken Institute Associate, and a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
