I set up this blog when I was a final year Occupational Therapy student in 2013/14. For nearly 2 years after graduating and beginning my career as an OT, I completely lost my way in the blogging and social media scenes. You could say time and confidence levels played a part in this. 2017 is now here and I am making my blogging come back :) I am still passionate as ever about my profession. I have worked in the physical OT world within Primary Care for 18 months. Since July of 2016 I have taken up post within a Community Mental Health Team. I will be using this platform as a way of reflection as well as igniting my passion for blogging and research. The posts I have written as a student will remain on the site. It is great for me to read back on these posts and to see just how far I have come and have progressed. They are also a reminder to myself that there is still so much to learn and experience.
